ImperialCAD Setup
Lost Horizons RP uses ImperialCAD for civilian records, emergency services, reports, warrants, calls, dispatching, and department roleplay. Follow the steps below to create your CAD account, join our community, and get your civilian access ready before joining the city.
Create Your ImperialCAD Account
Open the Lost Horizons RP ImperialCAD invite link. Create a new account or log in if you already have one.
Start CAD SetupJoin Lost Horizons RP
After your account is created, use the Lost Horizons RP invite page to join our CAD community.
Enter the Civilian Permission Key
When ImperialCAD asks for a permission key, enter the civilian access key below. This gives you access to the civilian side of the CAD.
Create Your Character In-Game
After joining the FiveM server, create your character in-game. Once your character is created, ImperialCAD should update and show that character inside the CAD system.
Relog If Your Character Does Not Show
If your character does not appear in CAD right away, relog into the server. Sometimes the CAD needs a fresh login before your new in-game character displays correctly.
Department Access Comes Later
If you apply for SAHP, BCSO, SAFD, Dispatch, or Staff, that department will provide the proper department permission key after you are accepted or approved. Do not use department keys unless command or staff gives them to you.
Important
Everyone starts with civilian access.
New members should start by joining CAD with the public LHRP invite link and the civilian permission key. Department pages, MDT access, reports, warrants, dispatch tools, and staff tools are locked behind department approval. Once you are accepted into a department, command or staff will give you the correct key for that role.
Civilians: Use LOSTHRPCIV to access civilian CAD.
LEO: Department key is given after approval.
Fire / EMS: Department key is given by SAFD command.
Dispatch / Staff: Access is assigned by leadership.
Troubleshooting
If your CAD is not working
I cannot join the CAD: Make sure you are using the correct invite link: https://imperialcad.app/invite/losthrp2025
I need the civilian permission key: Use LOSTHRPCIV when prompted for civilian access.
My character is not showing: Create your character in-game first, then check CAD. If it still does not show, relog into the server and check again.
I need SAHP, BCSO, SAFD, Dispatch, or Staff access: Apply for that department. Department command or staff will give you the correct department key after approval.
I used the wrong account or key: Open a support ticket in Discord so staff can help fix your CAD access.
